Jessica M. Lehman
Bloomsburg Attorney at LawJessica M. Lehman is a partner with the firm Hill, Turowski, James and Lehman LLP. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg High School and received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Lycoming College. At Lycoming, she was an active member of the Beta Beta Beta, Phi Kappa Psi and Alpha Epsilon Delta honor societies.
Lehman attended Widener Commonwealth Law School. She formerly interned with the United States Department of Agriculture and volunteered with Mid-Penn Legal Services. She also started Widener’s chapters of the American Agricultural Law Association and Federal Bar Association.
Lehman has previously received the Outstanding Service Award and James S. Bowman American Inn of Court Award, SBA Representative of the Year and SBA Leader of the Year. She is formerly the Third Circuit Director for the Federal Bar Association. Lehman’s research on the history and constitutionality of the death penalty was published in The Federal Lawyer magazine. Lehman has also taught classes on real estate topics through the National Business Institute.
Lehman is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Secretary of the Columbia-Montour Bar Association and a licensed title agent with First American Title Insurance Company. She practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate; divorce, custody, child support; and alimony; business formation and advising; estate planning (such as wills, power of attorneys and living wills); and estate administration
